We serve children between the ages of 7 months and 18 years old who are still enrolled in school in Midland County.

Families that are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. [Ex: A family of four making $53,000 or less would qualify.]

Under-Insured | No Insurance
Families who do not have insurance or are under-insured may qualify if they are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
