    Ages 7mo - 18yrs.

    We serve children between the ages of 7 months and 18 years old who are still enrolled in school in Midland County.

  • LOW INCOME FAMILIES

    Low Income Families

    Families that are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. [Ex: A family of four making $53,000 or less would qualify.]

  • UNDER OR NOT INSURED FAMILIES

    Under-Insured | No Insurance

    Families who do not have insurance or are under-insured may qualify if they are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

  • MIDLAND RESIDENTS

    Midland Residents

    The mission of the Community Children's Clinic is to provide compassionate, affordable medical care for sick children living in Midland County.

• Proof of Midland County residency ex: electric bill, car insurance, child's school enrollment etc... junk mail will not be accepted.

• Parent/Guardian must accompany the child for the first visit.
